Return Policy
If you find that you have sent the wrong product after receiving the product, please contact our store via Whatsapp within a week to arrange a replacement (all the products that have been disassembled or used are not subject to replacement).
If the goods are found to be defective (such as damaged or missing pages, etc.), please contact our shop via Whatsapp within one week to arrange a replacement (all the goods that have been opened or used are not exchanged).
For other reasons such as color difference, damage caused by the recipient, or personal reasons, application for replacement or refund will not be accepted.
Refund arrangement
If the product is out of stock and cannot provide a replacement, our shop will arrange a refund.The refund method is only available for bank transfer / Payme / FPS.
